kind staff refreshing drink
i stayed in the garden suite. the staff showed kindness and engagement during my entire stay. the udaya fresh welcome drink was refreshing upon arrival!!!

The staff were friendly and professional. They always assisted me. The facilities were well maintained and met all my needs. I used the spa services and they were wonderful!

mosquito net friendly staff
I loved the free yoga. It was a great start to each day. the staff prepared the room each night. They put the mosquito net around the bed and turned on the night lamps.

a dreamy escape!
peaceful nature warm staff
i felt so welcomed. i appreciated the staff were pretty good too pack breakfast at 2 am, because i had mount batur climb booked (the pickup was really early!). i loved the peaceful nature here. the decor and ambiance of the place was very intimate and calming.
i noticed a slight mold smell in the room. the food was not very tasty to me. some bathroom amenities require updates, i think.

the rooms are super clean and well-decorated, and i was happy with the size. the bed had lovely size and gave a very comfortable sleep throughout my stay. i also enjoyed afternoon tea in my room.
